Tim is a Director and co-founder of Feasibility, and his vast experience has seen him work overseas and across a variety of sectors. He is the champion of Feasibility’s incisive approach to cost planning and project delivery.
Neale is a Director and co-founder of Feasibility. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience within the residential, industrial, office, retail, mixed use and urban regeneration sectors.
Sebastian is a Director of Feasibility who prides himself on offering quality advice to each of his clients. Seb’s current role sees him working for major property developers and real estate funds such as db symmetry, Griffen Capital and Aberdeen Standard Investments.
Dan is a Director of Feasibility and has successfully delivered several million square feet of new space, predominantly focussing on logistics and industrial real estate. Dan also specialises in site acquisition appraisals and due diligence studies, amongst many other skills.
Jason is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor having previously worked for Philip Pank Partnership. He is successfully delivering a wide range of projects across the UK, including retail, office and logistics properties.
Jon is a rapidly developing Quantity Surveyor who has gained experience in the fit out, office and logistics sectors. Jon has been with Feasibility since the start of his Quantity Surveying career, so understands the Feasibility way.
Ben has a wealth of experience, with 14 years in cost planning, cost management and contract administration across retail, residential, office, industrial and mixed-use developments.
