Feasibility client, db symmetry, has confirmed practical completion of Unit B at Symmetry Park, Bicester.
Now available for occupation, the 163,130 sq ft building includes 10,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, a 50m yard and a number of sustainable credentials, including electric car charging points and PV solar panels.
We provided Quantity Surveying services for the speculatively-developed unit, the latest at the 40-acre site which boasts Bentley Designs, West London and Medline Services, and has a fourth unit in for planning.
