We are excited to announce that we are currently working with St. James’ Place UK Plc, c/o Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, on a brand-new facility for Mercedes Benz in West Drayton.
The c.£2 million facility, which is anticipated to complete in June 2020, will provide in excess of 20,000 sq ft of industrial and office accommodation for the German global automotive provider. The scheme is the latest project to join the growing Feasibility portfolio of car showrooms.
Feasibility is providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, as well as acting as Employer’s Agent for the design and construction of the facility, being built by MCS Build Ltd.
