Feasibility appointed to Atomic at 31 East

Feasibility has been appointed by Trebor Developments to support with the delivery of Atomic at 31 East, Rotherham.

We’re providing Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor services for the delivery of 78,458 sq ft of speculative industrial space, with lease and freehold terms available.

Project delivery includes high-quality specification, suitable for logistics/distribution or manufacturing uses and ready to lease or purchase with immediate occupation.
