Feasibility celebrates PC at SEGRO Park Enfield

Following a fantastic team effort, work to deliver three Grade A, highly-sustainable industrial/logistics units and external areas at SEGRO Park Enfield has now completed, with Feasibility providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services.

Working with our client, fellow consultants and contractors, Winvic Construction Limited, 228,400 sq ft of development space has been designed and delivered, including first and second-floor office accommodation.

External areas include service yards, dock levellers, car parking, footpaths, landscaping, site furniture and electric car charging points. The £18m scheme is BREEAM Excellent and Well certified.
