We are delighted to have reached Practical Completion for a 63,600 sq ft car showroom for Audi Lookers Group, delivered on behalf of XLB Property and Frasers Property. The facility will be Lookers’ largest flagship dealer in the South East and one of the largest Audi centres in the UK.
The c£6 million facility at Farnborough Business Park replaces Audi’s former facility in Camberley and will provide capacity to accommodate a 20-car showroom and space for around 200 used cars.
The building also features a drive-thru link area and workshop space with further accommodation on the first floor. A separate ancillary building for smart repairs has also been provided, as well as car parking, which is allocated on the roof of the workshop building.
External areas include an access road, customer car parking, used car sales areas, general car parking, footpaths, landscaping and site furniture.
Feasibility provided Quantity Surveying services for the design and construction of the facility, built by MCS Build Ltd.
