Feasibility Limited celebrates PC for 95,000 sq ft warehouse

We’re celebrating Practical Completion of a 95,000 sq ft industrial unit and associated offices on behalf of GUPI 8 Limited for Griffen.

The £4m project, at Deltic Avenue, Milton Keynes, has been completed along with grade car parking spaces, associate drainage, external works and site furniture.

Feasibility provided Quantity Surveying services for the design and construction of the unit, built by A & H Construction & Developments over 28 weeks.

Feasibility Director, Daniel Holford, comments: “It’s great to see the warehouse reach completion after works started in November. Bolstering the local logistics supply, the unit will achieve a minimum of BREEAM Very Good. We look forward to seeing the future tenants occupy the space and create jobs in the local area.”
