We are thrilled to add another impressive project to our property portfolio, having recently been appointed by Chancerygate to support the delivery of its award-winning Klinger Industrial Park in Sidcup, Kent.

The major c£10.5 million scheme, which is already home to Titan Storage Solutions, Halfords Auto Centres and Sally Hair and Beauty, encompasses 105,100 sq ft of new-build mixed commercial and industrial accommodation.

The wider project included the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Klinger Building and boasts some impressive environmentally green credentials, including photovoltaic panels and electric charging points.

Feasibility provided Employer’s Agent services for the project, which was delivered by Howard Russell Construction and was named the Insider Property Awards South East 2020 winner of the ‘Refit/Refurbishment of the Year.

Dan Holford, Director at Feasibility, comments: “At Feasibility we pride ourselves on sustainability and pushing the boundaries of energy-efficient developments such as Klinger Industrial Park. We were delighted to have played a part in the delivery of this award-winning scheme and to deliver a number of sustainable solutions which will ensure that this project is environmentally friendly for years to come.”
