Full-service appointment to deliver latest SEGRO unit

Feasibility has been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent and Project Management services for the delivery of a new 100,000sq ft distribution centre on behalf of SEGRO plc.

Works are now underway to deliver the space at Ferry Lane, Rainham for world food distributor, Wanis International Foods.

McLaughlin & Harvey are constructing the unit, which will have access to the A13 and the M25.

Feasibility Director, Seb Rose, comments: “We’re delighted to be providing a broad range of our services for SEGRO on this scheme and to see works underway. The unit will be completed next spring and will create around 30 jobs to start with, rising to over 130 as operations there increase.”
