Our work with client SEGRO Plc continues to yield collective success, with project handovers and new planning permissions being celebrated recently. The following news covers a range of Feasibility services across a variety of SEGRO industrial schemes.
In March 2018, the project team achieved Practical Completion at SEGRO Park, Rainham, East London’s newest industrial / warehouse development helping to bring significant business and employment opportunities to the region.
Working with SEGRO and the Greater London Authority (GLA), we provided Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveying services and are proud to see the units, ranging from 17,316 to 70,558 sq ft, are now complete and available.
In the meantime, planning consent has been secured for a five-unit speculative industrial scheme at SEGRO Park, Heathrow, where we are providing PM, EA and QS services, having seen three prior phases delivered at separate sites adjacent to the Heathrow Main Cargo Terminal, including a new workshop and engine store for Rolls-Royce and an operations and logistics centre for DB Schenker.
At another SEGRO Park, this time in Newham, early access on Phase 1 has been successfully granted to DPD group, with Practical Completion looking good for this month.
Feasibility was appointed to provide Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveying for this scheme in 2016 and we’re delighted to see ongoing success, including the delivery of the 113 bed Travelodge in Phase 2 and a planning application being submitted for a logistics hub to house global leader DHL on Phase 3.
We are also proud to have successfully provided SEGRO with Project Manager, Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveyor services for the first certified ‘carbon neutral’ industrial scheme in London, comprising three speculative units in a prime logistics location, Navigation Park.
