30 March 2020 / 13:42

Following our previous work on one of East London’s most advanced industrial and warehouse developments, we are delighted to have been re-appointed to support the delivery of Phase II at SEGRO Park Rainham.

Feasibility is providing Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services for the scheme, including the design and construction of a further five speculative industrial units spanning 108,055 sq ft.

Phase II is pushing the boundaries of sustainability and innovation, and will deliver significant business and employment opportunities to the region. The wider project will incorporate service yards, dock levelers, car parking accessibility and landscaping, and will boast a wide range of green credentials, including electric car charging points, photovoltaic panels, a full height green wall and LED lighting.

The development is also targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating and WELL ‘Core’ accreditation.

Construction work, which is being delivered by A&H Construction and Development Plc, is already underway and is anticipated to be complete by Q3 2020.

Dan Holford, Feasibility Director, said: “After initially being appointed to help deliver the first phase of the development, we are thrilled to be working on this latest evolution at SEGRO Park Rainham. The development is targeting carbon neutrality and will feature a range of innovations to create a highly sustainable, modern place of work, including a ‘pocket park’ amenity space to enable people to take a break in a natural environment.”
