Project Brief

Working with Trebor Developments to deliver Gateway 4, a new 408,961 sq ft distribution unit in Doncaster, home to the UK’s fastest growing international airport outside of London.

Feasibility is providing Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services.

Project Delivery

This speculative industrial/distribution unit will feature 34 dock level loading doors, four ground level loading doors, 50 KN m2 floor loading, up to 55m service yards and 83 HGV parking spaces.
It is due to complete December 2020.
