Feasibility provided Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveying services for a 113 bed Travelodge at the industrial-led development at Phase 2 SEGRO Park Newham, in the London Borough of Newham.

Project Delivery

Planning Consent secured, construction to commence summer 2018
The hotel will provide parking, a bar/café, comfort cooling, LED lighting and our new acoustic doors.
Hotel is a further demonstration of our ever growing capability in the hotel and leisure sector.
