Feasibility Limited appointed QS for Aberdeen Standard Investments

Aberdeen Standard Investments, formerly Standard Life Investments, has chosen Feasibility to provide Quantity Surveying services.

Director Seb Rose is supporting on the refurbishment of an existing 380,000sq ft distribution unit at Magna Park in Lutterworth, previously occupied by Argos, where the improvement works will see the industrial unit re-positioned to modern market requirements.

Speaking of the project, Seb said: “Aberdeen Standard Investments is a fantastic client for our growing portfolio and we’re looking forward to supporting with the refurbishment of this central distribution warehouse and furthering relationships with fellow consultant, tmd Building Consultancy.”
