We’re delighted to see the YMCA’s new-look Northfield Site in Birmingham shortlisted for the Business Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards in the Social Housing category.

The annual awards recognise the teams behind the region’s big residential deals and projects, showing just how active the industry has been over the past year in the region.

YMCA Birmingham is up for the award with ourselves, Homes England, Vivid Architects, Faarup Associates, and Construction and Fit-Out Solutions making up the project team.

Feasibility provided Project Management, Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying for the major refurbishment and improvement of the facility, including the refurbishment of the sports hall, the provision of a training kitchen to educate tenants, and a health suite where on-site care can be prescribed to tenants and the local community.

Feasibility’s Jon Windle, comments: “As the oldest and largest youth charity in the world, it’s an honour to have done our bit towards helping vulnerable young people in the region, and it’s fantastic to see the scheme up for this award. There are some top names in the mix, so good luck to all involved.”

The awards night is being held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on Thursday 26 November.
